We are delighted to welcome our industry partners and have your participation and support in the Virtual EFORT Congress | VEChybrid 2021 which will take place from Wednesday 30 June to Friday 02 July 2021.

As an overview we also list here some key points to consider during your internal planning:
- There are 5 sponsorship levels: SUPPORTER, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM Partners (limited number) as detailed in the VEC Sponsorship Packages Document.
- The VEC is a 3 day virtual event, however, access to the educational sessions will be unlimited through the EFORT eScience Library when the VEC itself has ended.
- The VEC is NOT a series of webinars or a revamped EFORT annual congress. The format, timings, topics and interactivity have been carefully designed with online and educational experts to ensure a quality, informative and educational programme that matches the users educational needs and their likely availability. A detailed programme will be available soon and you will always find updates and the most recent information on this website
- As a consequence of COVID-19, the onsite EFORT Congress Vienna 2021 has been reformatted and the VEChybrid 2021 is an independent educational EFORT experience. CME has been applied for and is awaiting approval.

Showcase guide with company name, logo and meeting request function, link to client website, opportunities to profile 3 key products or services, 1 link to an educational activity of your choice, post VEC statistics and the promotional advert or film before an educational session.
Investment: up to 15,000 CHF. -
“GOLD”
Showcase guide with company name, logo and meeting request function, link to client website, opportunities to profile 9 key products or services, 6 links to educational activities of your choice, 2 pre-congress VEC mailings or a satellite symposia /EEPP webinar if preferred and subject to availability, post VEC statistics and 1 promotional advert or film before an educational session.

“PLATINUM”
Showcase guide with company name, logo and meeting request function, highlighted link to client website, opportunities to profile unlimited number of key products or services, unlimited number of links to educational activities of your choice, 2 pre-congress VEC mailings, post VEC statistics, 1 promotional advert or film before an educational session, up to 3 satellites symposia in VEC slots of your choice, social media links and either a VEC Live TV Studio or ZOOM interview with featured post VEC article.

All EFORT Educational Partnership Programme items are in addition to and complementary to the activities of the EFORT Virtual Congress | VEChybrid 2021. They are open to all partners subject to approval of the appropriate EFORT committee and availability. Priority of allocation, however, will be given to those partners on a first-come first-served basis whom have already committed to and respected the contractual terms and conditions of prior booked marketing and educational activities that they have previously entered into and committed to between themselves and EFORT. Some activities may be subject to respective EFORT guidelines or a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The EFORT Guarantee
EFORT strives to consolidate its status as leader for unbiased science with regards to the Continuous Medical Education (CME) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics and traumatology. EFORT believes that partnership with the business community and other third party commercial providers can have a beneficial impact on European and ultimately global health promotion, with respect to reducing the burden of illness and complications arising from orthopaedic and trauma related disease and injury. It also recognizes the significant resources that the private sector and others can bring to EFORT to support the goals and achievements of the EFORT mission and thus contribute towards the welfare of the European orthopaedic and traumatology community.
In aspiring to and respecting this principle, EFORT guarantees independence of scientific content in its entire range of educational products. Irrespective of the level and nature of support, any industry involvement will always be clearly stated and acknowledged on any occasion should that partner have contributed financial support – be it towards any form of overarching educational programme stream (e.g. Webinar series), logistics or technical development.

Applications for all educational activities must be submitted by SPONSOR under whose name each activity is to be organised.
IMPORTANT: submission of this form is entering into a legally binding contract with EFORT – see below.
The Sponsorship agreement between the SPONSOR (or an agency acting on its behalf) and EFORT, consists of:
- the dated and duly signed VEC and/or EEPP Application Form.
- the VEC General Terms and Conditions of Sponsorship (GTC).
- the VEC & EEPP Sponsorship Packages and options detailed content.
By signing the VEC Application Form, the SPONSOR accepts the VEC Sponsorship Agreement, including any and all conditions contained in the respective GTC and in the EFORT VEC 2021 Sponsorship packages documentation.The parties may deviate from VEC Sponsorship Agreement, detailed in the GTC, by written agreement only.
